Ota Tofu

Located in Portland, OR, Ota Tofu is America's oldest tofu factory (est. 1911). They are a small, family-owned business who takes pride in their handmade process and high quality products. Their tofu is by far the most delicious I've had - my spoiled tastebuds can't bear to substitute it with another.
